Pole and Dance and Fitness!

We will combine Dance, Pilates and Pole dance to create a fun and invigorating atmosphere. This hour long class will start with a 15 minute dance inspired warm up. The next 35 minutes will be spent on the pole, working on combinations of spins and tricks to build upper and lower body strength and tone while having a blast! We will finish with mat pilates core exercises and stretch segment to help increase flexibility and muscle tone.
What you need to know... Bring dance slippers or light fitness shoes for the warm up. The same shoes can be worn for the pole segment, or you can choose to wear high heels designed for pole dance. Wear light clothing that is easy to move in. Capri’s, shorts and t-shirts work well. Don’t wear lotion!! Lotions and oils get very slick on the pole, which is frustrating as well as dangerous.
Interested in attending class? You MUST sign up and pay online to attend this class. Click on Scheduler to create an account. You will then be able to sign up for classes and pay online. (Look under special classes) Classes are $17 drop-in, or a package of 5 for $75. This class will be limited to 6 participants, and will have a minimum of 2 participants. If at least 2 participants have not signed up by noon the day of the class, class will be cancelled for that day. (Please make sure and include your phone number in your client information so that we can contact you in the event that class is canceled).
