Group training is a FUN and exciting way to ramp up your fitness regime'! With group training, you and 1 or 2 friends share a private training session with one of our certified and experienced trainers! Group training sessions meet hourly twice a week for a series of six weeks. Your group gets to choose from available times and days with your selected trainer. After you let your trainer know what the goal is for your group, she will design a program based on your specific needs! This is a great way to get started at our studio, or to take your fitness and knowledge experience to a new level.
Group training is wonderful because it allows you to share the cost with others, AND provides excitement, camaraderie and companionship. We tend to push ourselves a little harder when we are in a group and often that leads to greater results in a shorter amount of time. Group training is also effective because you are making a commitment to meet regularly which is necessary to gain results.
