Our group classes are larger in size and are considered non-equipment based classes. Group classes can be taken with no prior experience needed and are offered to apparently healthy clients that are basically injury free. These classes include: Spinlates, Zumba, Mat Pilates, Springboard Pilates and Boot Camp. We offer group classes packages that can be purchased online, or by contacting the studio.
Group classes are popular because they are fun, effective, social, and are relatively inexpensive to take. If you have no known injury or medical condition, these classes are very effective in developing muscle definition, tone and strength, as well as being efficient fat burning workouts.
